Info: Flying into the city of Ciego de Avila you are limited to staying in a government run hotel in both the city of Ciego de Avila and the town of Moron. (arrows facing up) Both are considered 3 star hotels, they have a pool, the rooms are clean and the government uses for training staff to be located to other hotels on the Cayos. There is always lots of staff running around but the service is a little slow .. eeh! There is a new airport located between Moron and the cayos, I do not know the name of it (yes, I have inquired) but most flights will be sent there and you will have an hour or so bus ride to the super hotel resorts on cayos (arrows facing down)
